European laundered linen tumbled at the mill for softness. Saltcote is a neutral stripe of terracotta on a pale ecru background - a perfect pairing with our Basin Linen.
This linen is produced in small batches in Eastern Europe where there is a strong heritage of spinning and weaving linen fabric.
Saltcote would be perfect for bed linen and curtains and can be used for many of our patterns, ideally dresses, skirts and tops.
- Pattern repeat 1.5cm, the stripe runs parallel to the selvedge.

- Wash at 30 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble. Shake out and dry flat. Linen will always seize up after washing but as soon as you start to use/wear it the fibres relax again.
- If you are using this linen for curtains we recommend using a lining to prevent fading.
- Never dry linen in direct sunlight as the colour can bleach and fade.
- Made using AZO-free dyes.

Care Instructions
It is recommended that all of our fabric (except those that have specific care instructions noted in the product description ie. Wool) be washed in cool/cold water, no chlorine bleach or fabric softeners, phosphate free soap, tumble dry low with like colors or to maximize longevity, line dry.
