Please contact us at orders@simplififabric.com if you have any questions. We try to be a quick as possible in replying within a few hours during the work day. It might take a bit longer on weekends or the holidays.
It is very important that you (the customer) provide all contact information including telephone contact information when filling out the shipping and billing information. If that information is not provided it may result in a delay of delivery for your package. We will fill in the # with 555-555-5555 which may result in you not being contacted asap.
If you are needing a shipment urgent and/or fast - please contact us to see if the timeline is possible, as we require 3-5 business days to pick, cut and pack your order before the shipping timelines start.
Simplifi Fabric does not provide a hard copy of the invoice in your package...if you are needing a copy please go to your account history and print off a copy.
Organic versus Eco:
Simplifi Fabric offers a wide range of eco and organic fabric. Please take the time to review each listing and if you are unsure as to the organic or eco reference to the fabric please email us at info@simplififabric.com. In order to meet certification 'low impact' dyes (A low-impact dye is a dye that has been classified by the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (an international certification process) as eco-friendly. Generally, low impact dyes do not contain toxic chemicals or mordants (which fix the dye to the fabric), require less rinsing and have a high absorption rate in the fabric ) are used by our suppliers for the organic fabrics. There is no certification provided for most of the eco-friendly lines therefore care must be taken for those who have any type of sensitivity.
GOTS Certification:
We regularly follow-up with the GOTS database and are provided with current certificates from our manufacturer....however we do blur out our manufacturer details as we have worked extremely hard over the past 7 years in forming a superb business relationship with this one manufacturer and will not compromise this in any way by disclosing their name/address etc.

MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities):
Although none of our textiles are MCS guaranteed, our MCS clients who have purchased our organic textiles which are natural, undyed and unbleached have had great success with home and apparel projects. Please note all cut fabric is final sale, we highly recommend a custom sample swatch pack. *If you have MCS, please make note at checkout so we can take extra precautions when cutting and packaging your order*

up to 5 yards/meters = regular price
6-14 yards/meters = 10% OFF
15-19 = 15% OFF
20-49 = 20% OFF
50-99 = 25% OFF
100+ = 30% OFF
Pricing is automatically discounted in the cart for qualifying fabrics. Quantity discounts are NOT valid on Designer Organic Cotton (Cloud9, Monaluna, Birch Fabrics etc.), Merchant & Mills, European Import Knits, notions and any other products who do not show the quantity breaks discount grid.
Quantity discounts are not valid with any special, sales, other discounts or promos. The quantity discounts will be disabled during these events and then re-instated once the event ends. *We do not double discount..unless Head Office has approved a special promo*
Custom Order - we do not provide or allow any further discounting through any of our promotions or loyalty program with a special custom orders. These orders are special pricing. EXACT SHIPPING APPLIES TO ALL CUSTOM ORDERS (no "free shipping" promos will apply / no exceptions).

Processing Timelines:
In-stock order processing time will be from 3-5 working days which may vary dependent upon volume and numerical sequence of orders received. Shipping timelines will then begin at time of postal or courier pickup and the delivery expectancy is also dependent on the customer's choice of shipping option.
Please note: Iroquois ON is a very rural location and the delivery trucks do not visit our warehouse daily. Please read the couriers descriptions to ensure that you have selected the correct method, for your projects timeline.
For example - 'Express delivery 1 day' is from city to city and does not take into consideration the rural pick and possibly a rural delivery which may add on 2 more days to the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to be knowledgeable of these timelines.
The couriers do not ship to P.O. boxes - there will be additional charges applied to any address that is a P.O. Box. Canada Post is the only carrier that will ship to a P.O. Box.
U.S. Orders: LARGER THAN $800 U.S. or various other dollar amount for other countries orders: If your order destined for the US or International and is over the min. required dollar value it will ship via Canada Post any duties, fees, customs broker fees etc. are the sole responsibility of the receiver/customer.
Fabric Orders:
When purchasing quantities of fabric. Please take into consideration that there may be test hole(s), stains, dirt, seams or other unusable areas in the fabric (which may or may not be removable after washing). It is very rare that we allow the fabric to go out the door with these imperfections, however, it is normal that we receive bolts from our manufacturer in this state. We compensate with extra fabric for the flaws that we notice upon packing. End of the roll segments may result in a continuous cut not being available resulting in the yardage arriving in more than one cut.
Simplifi Fabric is not able to provide continuous larger rolls of fleece, terry or velour. We receive bolts which may be approximately 40 meters (plus or minus meters). The larger orders will be a combination of bolts with the least cuts. All large order bolts are half rolled before shipping.
Loyalty Points:
Custom/Large orders are excluded from our loyalty points program.

Ordering Policies:
ALL SALE FABRIC IS FINAL SALE - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please note: Dye lots / fabric lots can slightly vary in colour, weave etc with each batch/shipment to Simplifi.
Since color variation often cannot be avoided from one dye lot to another, we do not guarantee dye lots, and can issue no credit for dye lot variation unless a sample to be matched is submitted with the order. If an exact color match is required, please request a reserve and cutting of present stock for approval before shipping.
Please also consider that colours may show up on a phone or computer screen slightly different in hue than the actual color in person. It is always recommended to purchase sample swatches (if available) if you are color matching or needing a specific color.
Keep in mind....that our fabric is organic fabric which hand made/milled and dyed. It will be next to impossible to replicate a fabric 100%. This may/will result in the dye/fabric weave lot variations. There may also be slight variations in colour through the larger cuts.
**Please note you cannot combine orders with a previous order - volume is too high & chances are it has already shipped!!!**
Simplifi Fabric reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time. If we do cancel your order you will be notified via e-mail with the reason why your order has been cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse to do business with any party.
In the unlikely event that a product is oversold we will contact you as soon as we discover the error and you will receive a refund of the purchase price or the option to choose a similar product that is in stock.
Shipping Address:
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all accounts (simplififabric.com + simplifi.ca + paypal etc) all have the correct and up to date address' on file. Our shipping application uses automatic address' based on the purchasers method of payment. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is up to date, otherwise a second shipping fee will apply to reship the order once it is returned to us. If the product is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, a refund minus any shipping will be applied in the form of store credit. If the product is not returned to us as a result of an incorrect address then the customer assumes full responsibility for the lost package and no refunds will apply.
Missing or Stolen Packages:
*By deselecting ROUTE shipping protection, Simplifi Fabric Inc. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items*
If your (the customers) package has gone missing upon delivery - it is the customers responsibility to notify us immediately of the missing package. You must contact your local carrier or post office to determine where the package was delivered to. An investigation may be opened with the carrier. As previously noted Simplifi Fabric is not responsible for the package once it is in the carriers 'hands'. No refund (minus shipping costs) or 2nd package (customer to repay shipping costs) will be completed or issued until the investigation has been finalized and confirmed that the actions of the carrier were the result of the missing package. If the carrier informs us that this is a successful delivery then it is the customers responsibility. If theft has been suspected then it is highly recommended that your local authorities be contacted.
We only ship to P.O. addresses via Canada Post - all other carriers do not ship to a P.O. box.
Payments:
All methods of payment are noted upon checkout.
We do not accept personal cheques.
Cancellations:
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all cancelled orders - no exceptions.
Refunds and Exchanges:
ALL FABRIC SALES ARE FINAL*
Absolutely no returns accepted, unless there has been an approved authorization number from head office. If any package has been sent back without this approval- no refund will be issued.
*Returns will be accepted on exempt orders in which damaged/defective or wrong fabric was shipped. This fabric must be un-washed, un-cut fabrics but pre-authorization is required within 14 days of receiving your order. To obtain a pre-authorization please contact us IMMEDIATELY at info@simplififabric.com . Return shipping instructions will be given when pre-authorization is obtained.
If a product is returned for any of the following reasons SIMPLIFI FABRIC will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If a product is returned for any other reason the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

Fabric with a manufacturing flaw – we try our utmost best to catch any manufacturing flaws but sometimes they slip thru our fingers.

If none of the above meets your situation, the fabric sale is final.
All unauthorized returns/abandoned parcels are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Simplifi Fabric is not responsible for any return shipping charges, unless pre-authorized.
If a return is authorized, you will receive store credit on the value of your order - 10% restocking fee - shipping charges are non refundable (based on the value of your order minus any shipping, unless otherwise stated)
Returns:
*Important information* If any package is returned to the Simplifi Fabric Warehouse for any reason....it is the customers responsibility for any expenses incurred for this package. These costs will be taken into consideration if there is any credit applicable for the returned package. The reasons for the returned package may be the result of the following: unknown, incomplete address, p.o. box closed, refused or unclaimed.
Non-returnable items:
Textiles that have been washed and cut, or altered in any other way MAY NOT be returned for any reasons.
Please inspect and ensure your order is correct upon delivery within 14 days.
Shipping Policies:
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are choosing the best suited shipping service based on their needs (tracking, no tracking, speed of service, guaranteed delivery, insurance etc) upon checkout.
Please not that the shipping timeline is not included in the processing time.

Tracking:
Once the package has been processed....... the customer will receive a confirmation email providing them with the tracking information. It is the customers responsibility to follow-up with this information via the email or checking the account history. If by chance that this tracking information is missing - we will be able to assist you.

Shipping within Canada - Canadian customers have a selection of shipping methods...please ensure that you have selected the best suited to your needs. Only Canada Post ships to a P.O. box address location.
If the method selected by customer is not available on the day processing is completed Simplifi will select the next best or better method.

United States of America:
WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING FROM CANADA AT THIS TIME

PLEASE NOTE: Duties, custom fees etc. may be applicable to all U.S. and International orders totalling over $800.00 (before shipping) or other amounts depending on the destination country upon delivery. Any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
This is a breakdown of the costs which we have absolutely no control over as the government sets the fees and rates for.
Costs and fees involved for orders over $800 to the U.S:
The actual shipping price (this is our discounted rate and very reasonable) + Entry Prep Fee + Bond Fee + Merchandising Processing Fee + Duties on the fabric which can be 12% to 18% + Applicable Taxes
INTERNATIONAL:
We gladly ship WORLD-WIDE via Canada Post. You are able to choose your service based on your order size at checkout. Unfortunately, there are some countries which we are not able to ship to. Please proceed to checkout to see if you live in one of those countries.
Simplifi Fabric does not ship International packages via DHL Worldwide Express unless the shipping quote has been approved by Head Office as our app does not calculate shipping costs correct. We have tried to have this resolved and there is nothing that can be done. It will appear. as one of your choices. Simplifi Fabric does not accept DHL Worldwide Express as an option to International destinations unless the correct shipping quote is approved by Head Office and agreed to by the customer. If the shipping costs are not approved then the order will be cancelled and refunded.
PLEASE NOTE NOT ALL SERVICES INCLUDE TRACKING OR DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEE.
Any customs, duties, taxes and/or fees upon arrival are the responsibility of the receiver. These fees will vary with each destination country.
Please note: Simplifi Fabric does not ship via LOOMIS - if LOOMIS is selected we will choose the next carrier available and there may be additional fees applicable.
LARGER/wholesale International orders:
We request that you open an account with TNT www.tnt.com and schedule a pick up with us. We have found this to be the best rates for large international orders.
Shipping "overage" refunds:
We do not offer shipping overage refunds, as we have updated our shipping rate application and it now charges exact shipping!! If by chance.... there is a miscalculation of shipping overages it will be reviewed by head office and we will issue a store credit for the difference (at Simplifi's discretion).
Pre-orders:
Will be cut, packed and shipped upon arrival of the product to our warehouse.
Insurance is encouraged, but not required. After the shipment leaves Simplifi Fabric it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Holding/Combining Multiple Orders:
We do not combine or hold multiple orders.
Promotion/Sale Policy:
Please note - we do not offer multiple promo for each order placed - you will receive the better promo option for that item.
ANY FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING PROMO IS NOT INCLUDED WITH SALES.
The only exception is any discount offered for a pre-order item where we will offer that Pre-order discount with the promo offered at that time.
Please Note: Coupon Codes MUST be used at time of purchase and will not be applied/credited to previous orders which codes were not used.

Buy1 Get1 Promos
There is a maximum of 10 yards/meters when we have the Buy1 Get1 Promo.
There is absolutely no free shipping to USA or International Destinations.
Our right to not accept your order or cancel your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (including an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:
* the product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded); * your billing information is not correct or not verifiable; * your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud; * we have reason to believe that you are a reseller; * there was an error in the price quote;
*shipping cost discrepancies (unfortunately....the shipping app may provide incorrect shipping costs which is not the responsibility of Simplifi Fabric) * we could not deliver to the address provided by you;
Simplifi Fabric does not authorize business with any person whose actions we consider to be 'bullying', insulting, hurtful, damaging or other similar actions. We are an honest, upfront, reliable and very trusting business and expect to be treated the same.
