The Lanti Swing Dress is a versatile design that features three fun options to suit your individual style and taste: A flirty smock dress with gathered waist, a sleek A-line dress with pockets, and a basic top that will be a wardrobe staple. You also have the option of adding short sleeves with a band or 3/4 sleeve with a frill. This pattern includes side darts, faced neckline and a back button closure for ease of wear. This is a perfect learn the basics of dressmaking' pattern to start building or adding to your me-made wardrobe.
Suitable Materials: - Rayon, lawn, voile, double gauze, linen/linen blends, chambray and otherlight to medium-weight woven fabrics.
• 1/2m (yd) light-weight
fusible interfacing.
• Optional: 1/4 ribbon,
rope, elastic, cording for
button loop.
° Basic sewing supplies:
thread, iron, scissors,
machine, glass head
pins, measuring tape,
water soluble marking
pen, etc.
It is recommended that all of our fabric (except those that have specific care instructions noted in the product description ie. Wool) be washed in cool/cold water, no chlorine bleach or fabric softeners, phosphate free soap, tumble dry low with like colors or to maximize longevity, line dry.
